Challenges?

IncludED Challenges are hands-on, time-bound professional development tasks designed for educators who work with diverse learners. Each challenge links directly to a student’s IEP goal and is structured to promote intentional, skill-based support. Whether you’re a learning support assistant, teacher, or therapist, these challenges help you grow your practice while positively impacting student progress.

Each challenge is backed by a structured portfolio process — and successful completion earns you a certificate and a customized medal that recognizes your hard work and meaningful impact.

How to Choose the Right

Not sure where to begin?

• Start with your student’s IEP target — what skill are they currently working on?

• Choose a domain that matches that goal

• Pick a tier based on your available time:
  

  - Tier 1 - Foundation Challenge (3–4 weeks)

  - Tier 2 - Progressive Challenge (6–8 weeks)

  - Tier 3 - Advanced Impact Challenge (10–12 weeks)
