Portfolio Submission

Evaluation and Feedback

All submitted portfolios are reviewed by a qualified assessor who evaluates the challenge against a standardized rubric. Each evidence document is reviewed for authenticity, alignment with the SMART goal, and overall impact on student progress.

Timeline

Please allow 5–7 working days for review.
If your submission needs adjustments, you’ll be contacted with clear feedback and a chance to resubmit.

Submission

You’ll receive detailed written feedback outlining strengths, areas for growth, and any required adjustments. If your portfolio doesn’t meet the criteria on the first submission, you’ll be given the opportunity to refine and resubmit — because growth is part of the journey.

Claim Your Certificate & Medal

Once your challenge is successfully evaluated, you will receive a confirmation email with a guide to claim your digital certificate of completion and medal, depending on your challenge tier level.

Facilitators successfully completing the different Tier Challenges will receive:
Tier 1 Challenge -
1. Downloadable digital certificate of completion via email.
2. Bronze crystal medal will be shipped to your provided address.

Tier 2 Challenge -
1. Downloadable digital certificate of completion via email.
2. Silver crystal medal will be shipped to your provided address.

Tier 3 Challenge -
1. Downloadable digital certificate of completion via email.
2. Gold crystal medal will be shipped to your provided address.

Note:
The Claim Guide will be shared only with facilitators whose portfolios meet the challenge criteria. This guide provides next steps for claiming your certificate and medal after successful completion. Keep an eye on your inbox for your feedback and approval update!
